We view the role of the school board to think independently together as an engine for excellence. Over the last few years the school board has done great things and we would like to continue on that by 

 

• Creating inclusive learning communities where the equal worth and inherent dignity of each student is honored and where all students' sense of belonging is promoted and sustained. 

• Revisiting and clarifying our shared visions of critical learning and life outcomes for all students and the purpose of schooling.

• Challenging the status quo in our systems and building our district's and schools' capacities for continuous improvement.

• Seeing our schools and ourselves as passion and dream facilitators for all of our students.

• Building our shared collective efficacy by enhancing all educators and students sense fo confidence and competence for attaining success.
